Where are you located ?
We are in the Princeville Center, close to Ace Hardware. Walk on the same pathway from Ace Hardware around the corner behind the clothing shop and you will see Waves!
May I do one class only?
Yes, absolutely! A single class is a great way to see if Waves is a fit for you! Or if you are visiting and only have a chance to join us one time, we would love to see you!
Are all of your classes heated?
No, we also have non heated classes. The 10 am classes are not heated. Only the Sculpt and Waves classes are infrared heated.
Do you rent mats?
Yes, we sure do. We have manduka prolite mats that we rent for $3. We steam clean them after every use. We also rent yogitoes towels for $3 as well.
How about outdoor classes?
Currently outdoor classes are only available by appointment. Call us with the date and time you are looking for and we can have a park or beach yoga session!
